We have had a great start to the school year! As always, September is a busy month getting used to demanding routines and schedules but it is also an exciting time filled with new friends and lots of learning. One new routine that may take some getting used to is checking your child's agenda each night and helping to make sure it is returned to school each day. The agenda is an important communication tool between home and school where you can write me notes and find notes, forms and information from me. I know there are a lot of forms coming home this month but please help both me and the office staff out by completing them and retuning them as soon as possible. As you may know, Meet the Teacher night is Thursday September 24 from 6-7pm. I am looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible. It will be an opportunity for you to visit our classroom and see where all the magic takes place. If you are unable to make it on Thursday please make a point of stopping by the classroom one morning to say "hi" and introduce yourself. Below is a link to the informational hand-out that I will have available Thursday night. You will find our class rules and some informational bits that will help both you and your child.
