Today was the perfect day to enjoy a walk up to Summit Park. It was our last official Nature Walk of the school year! We have noticed some significant changes in the natural environment each month and June didn't disappoint us. While we were up there today we sat and listened to the birds call to each other and enjoyed the city views. On the walk back to the school a neighbour invited us to see his newly hatched chickens. It was especially exciting for us when he let each student gently pet the baby chicks. Be sure to visit the Seasonal Changes webpage to view the changes we have captured this year and to see a few more nature shots from today's visit. Comments are closed.
